Shipping:
Shipment will be arranged within 7 working days after payment and buyer's information and address are confirmed.
Please provide the right post code and valid phone number to avoid delay in shipping.
1) We usually ship by DHL, FedEx and EMS— the most economic way for you.
2) If the buyer wants other express delivery packages, please contact us to adjust the price before payment.
3) Small package within 2.0 kg usually be shipped by China post/HK post.
4) It is applicable to the areas listed on dhl/ups website (excluding remote areas), and an additional $40 will be charged for remote areas.
Import Tax:
We are NOT LAIBLE for any import tax, custom fee or customs delay.
If the parcel is returned to us because the buyer refuses to pay the above fees, we will not resend the parcel until the buyer completes these fees and pays all return and resend fees.
The buyer cannot cancel the order or ask for a refund based on the above reasons.
Return and Warranty:
All products are taken directly from the factory. If you receive the goods with problems, please contact us within 3 days after signing.
Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.
In case of return, the customer should be responsible for paying the return postage and returning the goods to us.
All returns must be confirmed by us. We will not be liable for any return without prior notice. For returns without defects, an administrative fee will be charged.
We offer1 Year Factory Warranty (excluding accessories).
Factory warranty will NOT take effect under the following conditions:
(1) Cause of damage: excessive wear, dirt, misuse, improper installation or operation, negligence, accident.
(2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when the buyer returns the goods to us.
(3) If the goods was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
