HYL-101 Scott volumetric method bulk density tester conforms to the international standard ISO 3932/2.
Principle:
The powder is put into the screen mesh of the upper combined funnel and flows into the distribution box either naturally or by external force.
It passes through four glass plates and square funnels with an inclination of 25° in the distribution box alternately,and finally flows into a cylindrical cup of known volume in a loose state. Then weigh the powder in the cylindrical cup.
Structural features:
1.Upper combined funnel:
The upper combined funnel is assembled by two stainless steel conical funnels separated by a section of cylinder and placed in a stainless steel screen with an aperture of 1.18mm.
2. Fabric box:
The cross-section is square, there are four pieces of 2mm thick glass slanting inlaid in the aluminum frame, frame front and back wall is organic glass plate; four pieces of glass plate can be pulled out, easy to clean.
3.Square funnel:
1 mm thick stainless steel plate welded, inclined angle of 60°square cone, the lower diameter:12.5 mm *12.5 mm.
