A:I would get a large. I\u2019m 5\u20194 and a little heavier and I am perfectly comfortable in an XL. It\u2019s super roomy and fits but not tight. It\u2019s very flowy and sits right above the ground so wear wedges so it doesn\u2019t drag. <\/p>\n
